Ho Song has two different types of assembly lines, each integrated with AI detection software developed in collaboration with partners to enhance assembly quality.
- Class A Assembly Line (Ultra-High Cleanliness): Operating in a 209E Class 100 laboratory-grade cleanroom environment, this assembly line meets ultra-high cleanliness standards. The cleanroom has passed audits from clients and ISO 13485 certification and is equipped with an AI impurity vision detection system developed in collaboration with partners. Using ultra-high-resolution cameras instead of the human eye, combined with AI software to detect and analyze tiny dust particles, this system efficiently prevents micro-dust from adhering to workpieces. It is particularly suitable for cleaning and assembling semiconductor and medical components.
- Class B Assembly Line (General Cleanliness but High Volume): This assembly line features an AI motion detection system developed in collaboration with partners, capable of continuously monitoring worker behavior and assembly time. It can instantly detect incorrect movements and abnormal assembly durations, making it especially suitable for high-volume product assembly.
