Ho Song Advances AI-Powered Smart Manufacturing, Earns ISO Certification — By integrating precision machining, digital management and AI, the company continues to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities for the semiconductor, defense, drone and other high-value industries.
As global supply chains are reconfigured, AI technologies advance rapidly, and demand continues to grow for domestic defense capabilities and the drone industry, competitiveness in manufacturing is no longer defined solely by machining precision and equipment capabilities. It increasingly depends on smart manufacturing, quality management, information security and supply-chain resilience. With more than 40 years of experience in precision manufacturing, Ho Song Enterprise has in recent years actively integrated precision machining, automation, digital management and AI technologies, continuously strengthening its manufacturing capabilities for high-end industries including semiconductors, aerospace, defense and drones.

Ho Song has long specialized in the manufacture of high-precision components, with process capabilities spanning CNC milling, turning, five-axis machining, wire EDM, precision grinding and assembly. Its products serve semiconductor equipment, aerospace, defense, medical and industrial applications. Using data analytics and AI, NOVA is designed to turn fragmented manufacturing data into actionable management intelligence. This enables managers to identify capacity bottlenecks, machine congestion, scheduling conflicts, quality abnormalities and delivery risks more quickly, while analyzing the relationships among operational issues. As factory equipment, ERP, MES and AI systems become increasingly interconnected, information security has become an essential foundation of smart manufacturing. Ho Song has implemented an ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system and established controls covering information systems, access-right management, data access and cybersecurity exercises. As the company advances digitalization and smart-factory initiatives, it is also strengthening the protection of customer drawings, technical data and manufacturing information.
