Ho Song Enterprises Invited as Instructor for "Corporate Leadership Training Program" in Xiamen City

At the invitation of the China Productivity Center, Mr. Wei Chung Chang, General Manager of Ho Song Enterprises Co., Ltd., will serve as an instructor for the "Corporate Leadership Training Program" in Jimei District, Xiamen City. The program, launched in 2012, is commissioned by the local government to promote industrial upgrading, energy efficiency, and accelerate the development of the electronic machinery high-tech industry cluster. It is executed by the Taiwan China Productivity Center. The core focus of the 2025 curriculum is "Digital Transformation and Dual Carbon Strategy," aimed at deepening the integration of enterprise informatization and industrialization. Through systematic training, it aims to assist local enterprises in transitioning to green and low-carbon production models, thereby enhancing overall competitiveness.
In recent years, Ho Song Enterprises has actively pursued digital transformation, completing the integration of ERP, MES, WIP tracking systems, and AI visual inspection. It has established a prototype of a highly interconnected and flexible "Smart Factory." Leveraging big data-driven dynamic scheduling and digital twin technology, Ho Song monitors machine utilization, yield, and energy efficiency in real-time. The company has introduced a cloud data architecture, deployed AI predictive maintenance models developed in-house, and significantly improved decision-making speed through an RPA automated reporting platform.
In terms of energy efficiency and carbon reduction, Ho Song has implemented an Energy Management System (EMS) and carbon footprint assessment tools to accurately track electricity consumption, compressed air, and thermal energy consumption across various processes. The company is also promoting circular economy practices and is currently collaborating with supply chain partners on carbon footprint assessments.
General Manager Wei Chung Chang emphasized that digital transformation and green manufacturing are not parallel paths but complementary core competencies. This course will delve into Ho Song's "AI + ESG" framework, cross-departmental change management experiences, and investment payback period evaluation models to help participants accurately measure transformation benefits and reduce trial-and-error costs. Practical factory case studies and group consulting diagnostics will guide companies in developing differentiated transformation paths based on maturity levels.
