The Investment Taiwan Office under the Ministry of Economic Affairs approved two investment projects today (24th), involving Anshun Logistics and Ho Song Enterprise under the SME Accelerated Investment Program. Anshun Logistics plans to invest NT$4.5 billion to establish a smart warehousing and logistics center, while Ho Song Enterprise will invest NT$210 million to enhance precision machining and assembly capabilities.

According to the Ministry, Anshun Logistics has evolved from a traditional transportation company into a high-value technology logistics provider. It has obtained AEO certification and ISO 45001, demonstrating its capability in bonded logistics and customs clearance for high-tech electronic products. The company operates over 200 specialized transport vehicles and 10 modern warehouse facilities, supported by an in-house software engineering team capable of developing customized systems for AI and semiconductor clients.

To meet the logistics demand of domestic AI server manufacturers, the company plans to build a smart logistics center in Zhongli District, Taoyuan, featuring high-level information security and temperature/humidity control. The facility will integrate AI-based warehouse management systems, automated material handling, and optimized dispatching to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Energy-efficient equipment and independent energy systems will also be implemented to improve sustainability and meet global green logistics standards.

Ho Song Enterprise specializes in precision metal machining, including turning, milling, 5-axis machining, wire EDM, grinding, and cleanroom assembly. It holds ISO 9001, AS9100D, and ISO 13485 certifications, serving leading clients in semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and medical industries.

The company will invest NT$210 million to expand equipment at its Yong’an District facility in Kaohsiung, creating 12 new jobs. It will introduce AI and data analytics technologies to establish manufacturing databases and smart decision-making models, improving production efficiency. In addition, it will implement energy monitoring systems and solar power installations, along with greenhouse gas inventory management to promote low-carbon manufacturing.

The Ministry stated that the investment will strengthen Taiwan’s high-end manufacturing and key component localization capabilities, enhance supply chain resilience, and support the development of semiconductor, aerospace, and medical industries.
