The company is simultaneously establishing cleanroom environments to meet the stringent requirements for cleanliness and process stability demanded by semiconductor equipment and high-end precision applications, gradually building a complete manufacturing system spanning front-end machining, ultra-precision forming, clean assembly, and final quality verification.
In addition, Ho Song has obtained certifications such as the AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System and the ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System, ensuring consistent process control and quality management, meeting the manufacturing standards required by high-reliability industries, and further enhancing delivery stability and customer trust.
In the area of Intelligent Management and Smart Production, Ho Song continues to promote the adoption of AI-driven management and smart manufacturing while strengthening information governance and cybersecurity management. The company has obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification, ensuring the security and stability of process data, customer information, and operational systems.
